Sudharshan, CS, Karnataka circle. Com.Animesh Mitra, delivered the presidential address. The report on activities was presented by Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS. Thereafter, debate by the CEC members started. All the CEC members appreciated the functioning of the Central Head Quarters and approved the decisions taken by the All India Centre on various issues. The meeting is continuing.
