*Issuing Presidential Orders to the employees recruited and sent for training by the DoT, but appointed in BSNL – BSNLEU writes to the CMD BSNL.*
The employees recruited and sent for training by the DoT in 2000, but who were appointed after the formation of BSNL, should be issued with Presidential Orders. Two CATs and two High Courts have given judgement in their favour. However, BSNL has gone on appeal in the Supreme Court. Hence, the affected employees are in mental agony. The issue is already discussed with the Director (HR) many times. Today, BSNLEU has once again written letter to the CMD BSNL, requesting for his intervention.
